It had to be God that sent me to Samantha! Back in 2018, I only had an idea to start a homecare agency. I had no clue about the process and what it entailed. Not only did she walk me through the licensure steps, she provided me with my policy and procedures and gave me advice on marketing. And as if that wasn't enough, once I was licensed and in business, she sent me caregivers and client referrals. Samantha Hightower started in the industry as a CNA. Working hands on with clients in various settings. She later was discovered by a newly established home care agency owner who had faith that Samantha could manage her business. That was the beginning of Samantha’s career in Administration, in 2010. She went on to learn the industry, rules and regulations of the Department of Community Health and eventually contracted with other entrepreneurs to startup their businesses. Since that time to the present day, Samantha has worked with many entrepreneurs. Starting up businesses, training and mentoring is her passion. She is said to be a blessing to many who have crossed her path.
